Joywave - Anemone

A dark background of synths and shadows create a curiosity and fascination that entices and soothes. Exploiting black holes in the blinks between seconds you switch from a pixelated waterfall cascading down onto an moonlit digital woodland floor, and the reflection of neon lights in puddles that have collected amongst the cobbles and kerbs.

The brooding soundscape is balanced by vocals that give the track an almost hopeful yet forlorn airy quality, giving the track an overall feeling of drama, intrigue and wonder.
